My Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in existential thought and influenced by writers and thinkers such as Viktor Frankl, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Fyodor Dostoevsky, whose work explores meaning, responsibility, suffering, and personal freedom. I integrate these philosophical foundations with modern therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic and contemporary evidence based models, to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply and navigating life with greater clarity and purpose. I also find faith and/or spirituality works well with a clinically informed programme
