My CBT service is focused on practical, structured support to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. We work together to identify unhelpful patterns and develop effective strategies to manage challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, and self doubt. Sessions are goal focused and collaborative, equipping you with tools you can use both in and outside of therapy to create meaningful and lasting change in everyday life.
