My Approach
I use an integrative style approach tailored to meet the needs of the individual. While CBT can be a great solution in some circumstances, other individuals are better suited to a style of therapy that enables them to establish a meaning and purpose in life.

About me
I am a level 4 advanced counsellor and psychotherapist currently completing a bachelors degree in Psychology. I have half a decades experience working with individuals suffering from a wide range of conditions, one to one and conducting group therapy
